What is the lead time to receive my order?

Orders in stock will be received within 7-10 business days. Orders not in stock will ship within 2-3 weeks.

What if my order is too large or heavy to ship UPS?

We are committed to reviewing all freight options to give you the best rate. When you place your order if it is unable to ship UPS, a Customer Service Representative will contact you the next business day with your freight rate information for confirmation, the total of your order will adjusted at that time.

What if I need priority shipping?

How can I return a product?

All return authorizations must be given by Ecolad prior to return or exchange of merchandise. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on merchandise returned. Returned merchandise must meet the following parameters:

  1. Merchandise must be stock items. No return of custom products will be authorized.
  2. Merchandise must be in re-sale condition upon receipt at Ecolad.
  3. Merchandise must be in original packaging and be unused product.
  4. Purchaser is responsible for freight.
  5. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

PLEASE INSPECT ALL ITEMS IMMEDIATELY AFTER RECEIVING. Defective product will be replaced free of charge or at the customers option a full refund will be issued upon return of the defective item.

Products that have been used may not be returned.

What is your warranty?

Ecolad Corporation (“Ecolad”) warrants its products to be free from defects in parts and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from date of shipment. In the event of such defect in parts and workmanship, Ecolad will, at its option, replace the defective product or refund the purchase price to the extent of the defective products replacement cost. The foregoing is the exclusive remedy and Ecolad disclaims all other warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In addition, Ecolad will not be responsible for consequential damages in excess of the purchase price of the product on which such liability is based.
