WARRANTY
Ecolad Corporation ("Ecolad") warrants its products to be free from defects in parts and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from date of shipment. In the event of such defect in parts and workmanship, Ecolad will, at its option, replace the defective product or refund the purchase price to the extent of the defective products replacement cost. The foregoing is the exclusive remedy and Ecolad disclaims all other warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In addition, Ecolad will not be responsible for consequential damages in excess of the purchase price of the product on which such liability is based.
RETURN POLICY
All return authorizations must be given by Ecolad prior to return or exchange of merchandise. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on merchandise returned. Returned merchandise must meet the following parameters:
1) Merchandise must be stock items. No return of custom products will be authorized.
2) Merchandise must be in saleable condition upon receipt at Ecolad.
3) Merchandise must be in original packaging and be unused product.
4) Purchaser is responsible for freight.
5) Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase
PLEASE INSPECT ALL ITEMS IMMEDIATELY AFTER RECEIVING. Defective product will be replaced free of charge or at the customers option a full refund will be issued upon return of the defective item.
Products that have been used may not be returned.
