A butting tongue is located inside the 1.250" diameter disposal hole. The restricted opening discourages the disposal of other waste products.

EASY TO EMPTY - a locked inner cylinder is removed and then emptied thru a hinged flap at bottom of the inner cylinder...No handling of waste.	11" square steel weighted base plate has 4 predrilled holes for optional anchoring. Polished stainless steel cover plate hides anchor plate. (anchors not included)
